The MESH GROUP is formed by Mechanical, Electrical and Sheet Metal unionized contractors operating in Industrial, Commercial, Institutional and Residential sectors of the construction industry in Ontario.
MESH contractors are proven to be competitive with non-union and CLAC contractors, at open tender calls, as well as on a pre-qualified basis. A strong, positive, attitude exists between MESH contractors and the mechanical, electrical and sheet metal trade unions with a willingness to agree on local adjustments to the provincial collective agreements to provide high quality construction projects safely, on time, on budget while providing employment and growth in the local economy.
MESH contractors are diverse, flexible and experience, capable of delivering on large, as well as smaller construction and maintenance projects.
Trade qualifications and mandatory safety training for MESH contractors’ construction tradesmen are fully documented and up to date. MESH contractors’ journeymen and apprentices carry current C of Q’s, apprenticeship and OCOT membership cards and proof of mandatory safety training so that when MOL and OCOT are on site, there are no negative issues to deal with. Safe jobsites are productive jobsites.
